WAA 600

The WAA 600 shoots are a great way for new and experienced archers to challenge themselves, and learn about tournament scoring and procedures in a friendly low-stress environment.

Each archer elects a target size and distance from those offered below.
You will shoot 15 ends, of 6 arrows each (90 arrows in total), and your aim is to get a score of 600 or better.  You are not competing against anyone, just testing how well you can shoot on the day.  There are usually two sighting-ends to begin.
The first time you make the 600 score, you will receive a coloured ribbon, a WAA badge, and a booklet to keep track of your scores. Pins are also awarded for ‘Perfect’ scores - six arrows in the yellow zone.
